Currently, many organizations in the world are facing the problems of having 3 very distinct generations at workplace. Each of this generation brings their own set of beliefs and values which is very different with other generations. As a result, conflicts arise at workplace. This workshop is specially designed to understand each generation better and to look at solutions of how to bridge the generation gap at workplace.

Everyone is very unique by itself. We cannot find another same person in the world. In the business world we have to deal with various type of people, some are kind, but some can be very demanding and difficult to handle. Therefore, the skills to deal with this “difficult & demanding people” is very important to ensure we do not offend the person, at the same time we can get our work done efficiently.

This practical program puts together three critical ingredients – understanding the characteristics of people, communicating effectively with them, and making a positive impact through successful interaction – to enable its participants to create the kind of people relationships that produce great results for them and their organization.
