Overview:
This two-day workshop is designed for Safety & Health and ESG Practitioners to understand the crucial role of safety and health in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, with a primary focus on the Social pillar. Participants will gain insights into ESG compliance, global safety standards (ISO 45001), local OSH legislations (OSHA 1994), and workplace health initiatives that contribute to a safe, ethical, and sustainable work environment. The workshop will also cover best practices for integrating safety into ESG reporting, ensuring transparency, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, participants will develop technical safety knowledge relevant to industrial and corporate environments, including hazard identification, risk assessment, emergency preparedness, and the role of technology in workplace safety monitoring. By the end of the session, attendees will have the practical tools and strategies to strengthen workplace safety culture, enhance employee well-being, and align their organizations with ESG best practices.
Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of program, participants will be able to:
