Chemical users/handlers are highly prone to chemical hazardous exposures. ISO 45001, the world’s first international standard for occupational health and safety, has been published on 12 March 2018. It provides a framework to increase safety, reduce workplace risks and enhance health and well-being at work. It adopts a risk-based approach that ensures it is effective and undergoes continual improvement to meet organization’s ever-changing context. CHEMICAL MANAGEMENT AND SPILLAGE CONTROL
